Gastro room_ Olmeda origins and Chocolates Matias Lopez

Hello, friends! In today's post, we continue with gastronomy and gourmet products, this time with the exhibitors who will be in the room for gastro products, at our next event. Olmeda Origins and Chocolates Matias Lopez.

Olmeda Origins (http://olmedaorigenes.com/) has been selecting for ten years the best artisan products produced in the villages of Spain, flavours and aromas that remind us of the products of our childhood, nature in its purest form, products that respect traditions and that, once found, tasted and selected, are rescued under its brand: Olmeda Orígenes.Logo

“My father enjoyed his house Olmeda of the Fountains, with his friends. He enjoyed good food and fine wines, prolonging after-dinner conversations with lively conversations.”

They have a wide catalogue of products: cured sausages (chorizo, lomo) from the best towns in Spain, with tasting notes that we can't wait to try after reading on their website.

Canned fish from the north and canned vegetables (artichokes, beans, beans, asparagus) from the most renowned sources in the country. Enough? No, Olmeda Orígenes offers us much more: dressings (vinegar, oil, salt collected in Cadiz), dried fruit, sweets, yes, also sweets, in the form of oil bread or date cake, for example. Select gastronomy. We sincerely believe that when you pass by their stand it will be a pleasure for your senses!

Accompanying Olmeda Orígenes and, continuing with the sweet line, they will accompany us Matias Lopez Chocolates. Many of you will know them since they are from Madrid and have been preparing chocolates in an artisanal way since 1825, the year in which they were founded in a town in Lugo (Sarria, on the Camino de Santiago). In 1851 they arrived in Madrid, and they have been with us to this day. We invite you to read their story carefully because it is worth knowing (https://chocolatesmatiaslopez.es/historia/).

Chocolates Matías López is a gourmet chocolate, sold in limited editions, 5 in total, each with 150 kilos of chocolate, which is approximately 2,000 bars of authentic artisanal Spanish chocolate.

Dark chocolate, hazelnut, toasted, white…with a flavour as carefully crafted as its aesthetics.

After this gourmet gastronomy bath, the truth is that we are left with a very good taste in our mouths. We are looking forward to April 13th.
