A very special location and also very special brands that we have selected to offer you. In today's post we bring you some girls who, through recycling and eco-design, bring us very stylish jewelry and lamps. Two women who come together, seeing design from the same perspective: 7 Bloomsbury http://www.7debloomsbury.com/ Olga tells us about her beginnings:
“Our journey began 8 years ago, when I found a bunch of faulty glasses lenses from the 70s that my father kept in the attic. After all this time, I thought it was time to give them a second chance and bring them back to life.” Olga
In 2015, she met Yure, a singer and composer with great artistic interests. Since then, they have been working as a team redesigning musical instruments that they turn into original decorative pieces such as lamps or coat racks.
They also started in the textile world, making bags and collars, scarves, among other things. Always seeking elegance, they give a new use to men's cufflinks, transforming them into beautiful unisex designs, which manage to give a touch of distinction to the most classic models.
All their products are handmade with care, love and patience. They started testing until they finally found the desired result.Since then, whenever they want to create something new, they choose to recycle objects that are no longer used. Pesetas, clock faces, typewriter keys… a very personal and original universe.
7 Bloomsbury completes its offer with graphic design and photography services. A well-rounded project for these girls. We will enjoy their objects in our market, and we are looking forward to seeing their designs decorating the Santa Barbara Palace. We look forward to seeing you there!
