My Sweetest Recipes, decorated cookies

“My Sweetest Recipes” was born in 2012 as a baking blog until Lydia Oviedo discovered creative baking a year later and began researching on the Internet. 

Little by little Lydia entered the world of decorated cakes, attending courses on cakes, cookies, cupcakes and sugar flowers, until a year later she decided to set up her business and start teaching courses.

She started out making decorated cakes, but little by little cookies stole her heart and have become her specialty for a few years now.

With the help of her husband, she opened a bakery/shop where they give cookie courses and also prepare their own cutters, stencils and silicone molds, all focused on decorating cookies and decorated cakes.

 The courses are practically all about cookies, creating two years ago "THE COOKIE SCHOOL" which is a semester and/or annual cookie course starting from scratch to a medium-high level (in person and on-line).

The world of pastry is a universe to discover and Lydia will be delighted to tell you about it in our edition of the Mercado del Encanto.
