Goyi Martínez was born in Horcajo de Santiago, a town in the province of Cuenca. For many years he has tried to develop knowledge about art, but he has not always been able to access it. For a few years now, he has been developing the technique of engraving, a technique that he discovered by chance and that has captivated him more and more.
His artistic training ranges from chalcographic engraving to drawing, watercolor and oil painting.
She was selected for the exhibition of the graphic work competition for young creators, of the National Chalcography of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid in July 2017 and also participated in several collective and individual exhibitions. Currently she participates in a permanent exhibition in the Plaza de los Artistas, Plaza Conde Barajas-Madrid de los Austrias.
His works can also be seen through his website Engravings at Dawn. According to Goyi: "It is a page created from the feeling of participating with my modest contribution, to the artistic plane of life where creativity and different ways of seeing the same image are interposed in the reality in which we live."
