Pompa – Creations that speak of growth and resilience

We are delighted to announce that we will be returning to the Palacio Santa Bárbara in May, and above all to introduce you to new brands full of talent that will be with us in this new edition. Today we are introducing one of them, which we are sure you will love!

Cristina is a multidisciplinary artist/artisan and the person behind the brand Pomp.

She started a few years ago working with embroidery on fabric and later on paper and little by little she explored other techniques such as watercolour, illustration, origami... until now when her work is focusing a lot on ceramics (creating pieces of household goods and jewellery) always continuing with the use of other techniques, even combining them.

Being a psychotherapist by profession, many of her works speak of growth and resilience, others are simply based on an aesthetic concept using color and simplicity as the pillars of her work.

His motivation is the creative process itself, which he enjoys every minute of. The time he spends making his things takes care of him and nourishes him, and that is why he has decided to start his own brand, to be able to give more space to the creative impulse.
