ODDITY-LONDON was born in 2010 in London - United Kingdom, as a creative project based on the philosophy of the "Cabinet of Curiosities" of the 16th and 17th centuries, in the sense of collecting rarities and the idea of mixing completely unusual objects.
Currently, with workshops based in Madrid - Spain, ODDITY-LONDON is dedicated to designing curious objects, where from recycling and a new semantization of materials, they propose creations that surprise due to their unusualness and peculiarity.
Its most representative 'rarities' include the following collections:
“CINEMA JEWELS”
Original pieces of jewelry made with old film tapes in original 8mm and Super 8mm format.
“ART WITH BOOKS”
Decorative pieces that surprise by re-interpreting the book as a new design medium, transformed into original sculptures using the art of paper folding.
“CYBERNETIC JEWELS”
Collection of jewelry made from keys recovered from disused computer keyboards.
