The collection PAUSE began to take shape in 2019 inspired by
A question: How to put it into practice, within the dizzying pace at which
we move, a few brief moments of intimate connection with one
same, to consciously inhabit the present moment?
Its founder, Marcela, is a psychologist and Mindfulness instructor and tells us how it all began:
My extensive professional career led me to listen more carefully and to work and research the problems of stress, mental exhaustion, the struggle to master time…
I then set myself the task of finding a tool for
self-care that was creative, simple and with an aesthetic that
defined as a unique object.
In the design PAUSE Argentine professionals participated and the
Printing and layout work was carried out in Madrid with
high quality materials.
The first three titles in the collection are:
- Practice breaks during pregnancy
- Breaks to manage time at work
- Breaks for everyday life
The experience consists of randomly walking through the
different invitations that each set of cards proposes and
record sensations.
The goal of the collection is not to get anywhere; it is
simply perceive with maximum attention what happens to us in the
body, mind and heart when we choose to make a decision
PAUSE with full consciousness and lucidity.
It's a challenge without rules; you can use the cards from front to back or vice versa and if you feel like it, repeat one. PAUSE more than once a day.
