In recent years, Indie Folk is reaching Spain with a little more force, thanks in part to the talent of emerging bands such as \'’Leon Heart\'.
Born on the streets of London but hailing from Spain, France and New Zealand – the group brings a fresh sound to the folk scene with upbeat, lyrically crafted songs that range from love letters to protest songs.
Featuring two vocalists/guitarists, Will Boti and Hugo Virgo, formerly of Dear Audrey, the group delivers melody with tastefully chosen harmonies complemented by their percussionist Apera Woodfine, who also acts as producer and guitarist on occasion.
After more than a year living in England, they currently reside in Madrid. They have performed in various venues and festivals such as the Folkie Lovers Night, the first festival dedicated exclusively to Indie Folk.
In BalconyTV You can enjoy one of the songs that we love from Landon Heart, “Rosie”.
