Legal bases for participation in the Promotion
1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
El Mercado del Encanto (hereinafter, "The Organization") with registered office at Av. Derechos Humanos, 51A Leganés, Madrid, organizes for promotional purposes the raffle of 3 baskets of products from the Exhibitors participating in the editions of June 18 to 21, June 25 to 28 and July 2 to 5, 2020, exclusively for adults in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.
2.- VALIDITY OF THE PROMOTION
The Promotion will start at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 18 and will end at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2020.
Drawing dates: June 21, June 28 and July 5, 2020.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate in the Promotion, the attendee must make a purchase at any of the stalls of the edition of the Mercado del Encanto in the Gran Vía de Hortaleza Shopping Centre during the period indicated in section 2. For each purchase, the attendee will receive a coupon which must be completed with their personal details (name/telephone number/email address) and entered into the ballot box provided for the draw.
A draw will be held for 1 basket each Sunday. Once the promotion period has ended, a draw will be held and a total of 3 baskets will be awarded from the coupons deposited in the urn. The organizer will contact the winner via the telephone number provided and will announce the winner on the Organizer's Facebook social network.
4.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
– The Organization reserves the right to withdraw from the Promotion any participant who it considers does not comply with the content proposed in section 3.
– They are expressly prohibited and outside the Personal Promotion of the Organization and Exhibitors.
5.- PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
– The winners will receive as a prize: a gift basket with products from the exhibitors participating in each edition of the Mercado del Encanto.
– In the event of a manifest impossibility to contact the winners within 1 hour, the Organization will be exempt from all liability and the prize will be awarded to the first alternate, and successive ones, who will have 2 hours to accept the prize.
– The prize must be collected in person at the event address on a date and time previously agreed upon by both parties. Likewise, a public publication with the name and profile photo of the winner or alternates may be made on the official profiles of the organizer to announce the winner of the Promotion.

7.- EXONERATION OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limited to, the Organisation is not responsible for delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion. We are also not responsible for the use made by the participant of the prize obtained from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that may prevent the Promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
8.- CLAIMS
The maximum period to make any claim against the Organization regarding these rules and the promotion regulated therein will be TWO (2) days from the end date of the Promotion's validity period. All claims will be managed in writing through the Organizer's email: mercadodelencanto@gmail.com
9.- DATA PROTECTION
For the purposes provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), you are informed that the personal data provided will be incorporated (or updated) into the MERCADO DEL ENCANTO file.
