Hello, friends! You already know that, for each of our events, we like to introduce you to the participants in a detailed and individual way through this blog. So today we begin with the exhibitors who will accompany us on October 4, 5 and 6 at Espacio Pangea. We start off strong and with “a lot of art” with Belén Alegre https://www.belenalegre.es/
Belen Alegre is a painter and engraver, born in La Rioja. She studied there, but her move to Madrid was vital to finish her studies. All her works are the result of intense and hard work and multiple investigations that she shares with us, and that reflect her journeys in this world.
After studying the great Japanese masters of haiku, these beautiful poems, full of feeling and sensitivity, have been the inspiration for his work. He has based himself on Basho and Issa to create two books where the haikus of these poets have been illustrated with their engravings.
He has won awards for his works in painting and engraving, and has held numerous exhibitions in Spain and countries such as Finland, Venezuela and Costa Rica.
He has been exhibiting at Estampa for 11 years and currently belongs to the NEGRO 85 group.
The truth is that we are enchanted by his work with haiku, and we are looking forward to seeing him live. An ideal proposal to make us travel in a space as travel-oriented as Pangea, where we will celebrate the Market.
We couldn't start the presentations with better company than that of art.
We are very excited about this new project and the new space, and with companions like Belén Alegre, we are sure that the trip will be a success! We look forward to seeing you with the rest of the presentations.
