The Brazilian firm IVI DESIGN, based in Madrid since 2008, creates original pieces with its own designs in
ZAMAK, combining different materials such as: stones, wood, leather, resin, fabric… ” The designer combines modern techniques with “handmade”, which is why the models are very exclusive and mostly unique.
Ivi Fernandes finds inspiration in the joy, colours and traditions of her home country. This multicultural country sets the tone for her creations and leaves no one indifferent.
Since 2015, IVI DESIGN has participated in the MERCADO DEL ENCANTO editions, which has allowed it to make the leap outside of Brazil.

Her upcoming spring-summer 2018 collection is already in production and the designer gives us a little sneak peek:
“The pieces are inspired by “Chitão”, a rustic cotton fabric with tropical flowers and bright colours, with a tradition of more than 200 years, a Brazilian folkloric symbol. They are made up of necklaces, bags, hats... “
The launch is scheduled for April, coinciding with the spring edition of MERCADO DEL ENCANTO, on April 13, 14 and 15 at El PALACIO SANTA BÁRBARA, Calle de Hortaleza, 87 Madrid.
