Although she could not have known it at the time, this discovery was a turning point in her life. Thus, it invites us to move both arms in a free, but orderly and coordinated way, which affects the rest of the body, especially the chest, shoulders and back. As its movement is continuous, it encourages you to respond constantly. The result is concentration and at the same time improvisation.
