The collection PAUSE<\/a> began to take shape in 2019 inspired by
A question: How to put it into practice, within the dizzying pace at which
we move, a few brief moments of intimate connection with one
same, to consciously inhabit the present moment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its founder, Marcela, is a psychologist and Mindfulness instructor and tells us how it all began:<\/p>\n\n\n\n


My extensive professional career led me to listen more carefully and to work and research the problems of stress, mental exhaustion, the struggle to master time\u2026
I then set myself the task of finding a tool for
self-care that was creative, simple and with an aesthetic that
defined as a unique object.<\/em>
