In our Chamber\u00ed Christmas edition,<\/strong> We have decided to make it easier for you. In our gourmet area we will have the artisan pastries of Grandfather Eric<\/a>\u00a0 They bring us artisan products that have been perfected over the years, cakes, biscuits, puddings, cookies, muffins, tea doughs, etc. They also make some savoury things like Argentine empanadas, quiches...<\/p>\n

Grandfather Erico, a German chef who came to Argentina after the war, used to say that it was enough for the pastry to be truly artisanal, that the love could be seen in every cake or pie.<\/p>\n

Now based in Madrid and without a physical store, they work only on request, thus ensuring that all production is for immediate delivery. They also work with seasonal and natural products, which allows them to control budget and quality.<\/p>\n

They also cook for their clients, creating their favourite recipes, adapting to their clients' needs and making pastries for people with intolerances and\/or allergies. They are responsible for purchasing the material, preparing and presenting the finished product and delivering it to the address you specify.<\/p>\n
